Could My Stool And Urine Smelling Like Beef Jerky Be Related To A Past COVID Infection, GERD, Barrett’s Esophagus, Or Omeprazole And Statin?

Stool and urging have a weird smell, like beef jerky. Noticed the change after having Covid. Not sure if that is related. Also have GERD and Barrett’s Disease that’s being monitored and treated with omeprazole that i take every other day. I also take a low dose statin every other day. No pain or any thing else out of the ordinary other than the weird smell of the number 1s and 2s 36 year old male
