Could My Sudden Sweating, Tachycardia, And Nausea Be More Than Anxiety?

Out of the blue and with seemingly no trigger I will experience sweating, heart palpitations, cold sweats, tachycardia and nausea. It causes me to have a panic attack that lasts 20 minutes to an hour at times. It s been 4 months of this happening on a weekly basis. I started 5 mg 2x a day of Buspar and 25mg of hydroxyzine 2x a day yesterday. I took the hydroxyzine this morning and had all these symptoms 30 minutes after. My EKG, blood oxygen and heart rate are all normal (except for the random tachycardia during these attacks.) I have a doctors appointment in September but I m still very worried that something is seriously wrong with me. I feel normal most of the time except for these attacks.
