Your symptoms may be due to UTI. If you're sexually active, having unprotected sex can increase the risk of STI. However, get clinically examined by a urologist. You are advised to get a urine test (for UTI or STI) and an ultrasound of the scrotum (to check for torsion, hydrocele, varicocele, etc.).
Also get STI screening done if sexually active; you will be accordingly treated with antibiotics and antivirals. Testicular torsion can occur due to strain-related injury or sports; you may be recommended surgery if there is testicular torsion. Hydrocele & hernia can also cause similar symptoms; they need surgery.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
