I don t know what if come in contact with but upon doing a lil research and image search it can be a number of things to say the least and with hope from this help maybe I can be more educated as to what could be what to expect and if treatment and so forth so my impulses are screaming body lice scabies or bilharzia or that shitosis word

Hello,

The symptoms of body lice, scabies, bilharzia, etc., can sound alarming when you read about them online. Each of them have very distinct symptoms, causes, and risk factors. To get rid of body lice you are advised to wash clothing and bedding in hot water, take bath regularly, take care of your hygiene, pay special attention to skin folds (armpits, groin, waist).

To get rid of itching take antihistamines, one at bed time for five days. Cool compress is helpful. Avoid scratching to prevent infection. Applying ascabiol emulsion will help you get rid of scabies. Apply it below neck and wash it after one hour, take a bath. You will get relief. You can repeat after 20 days if needed. Anti-parasitic medication will help you to get rid of bilharzia. Get clinically examined by a local GP and get stool examination (R/E and C/S).
