I’ve never been diagnosed for I.b.s but my wife is a nurse and she is pretty sure I have it. I often have stomach pain and my bowl movements are never consistent. Hardly ever solid. For the last 6 months are so, my farts and bowl movements smell the exact same. They also, to me, smell like some kind of metal or a rust smell. I’ve never had blood in my stool that I know of. Could it be a sign of something serious?
