Could My Symptoms Of Numbness, Tingling, And Pain Be Due To Arthritis Instead Of Neuropathy?

Hi, I am a 54 year old female. I have been diagnosed with arthritis several years ago in my knees. This time last year, I was diagnosed with Cancer and had chemo for 6 months (finished in October). I have had numbness, occasional tingling, pain, on occasion severe shoots of it....My oncologist says its neuropathy.. My question is , could it be arthritis?
