Could My Teenage Daughter’s Red Spots Be Normal Period Signs, And Is It Safe To Take Primolut-N As Prescribed??

My daughter has red spots It seems to me red lickoria. And I have visited many doctors they said different opinion Yesterday I visited one gynologist she said it s period. She suggested primoult n tablet for 21 days to my 14 years daughter.. I am scared pls help
