Could My Tiredness, Cold Sensation In Hands, And Burning Ears Be Due To Lack Of Sleep Rather Than Illness?

Hello. I am writing to you to ask you if I should be worried about my health. Today I feel a bit tired and I had a feeling that I’m cold, I haven’t checked my temperature, I wasn’t shaking or anything, just had the cold sensation in my hands and I felt like my ears were burning. I haven’t been in contact with anyone who has covid-19 or even feel sick and plus it’s been 2.5 weeks since i received my second dose of covid -19 vaccine. Could it be just tiredness from lack of sleep, because I haven’t slept much and very well these past few days, even dark circles are visible under my eyes which i don’t normally have.
