Could My Toddler Have Swallowed A Small Pottery Piece, And What Should We Do If She Is Acting Normal?

Hello, My daughter is a non verbal 2 year old who pulled a piece of pottery off the shelf and it broke, the piece is about the size of a dime, or smaller, and we have searched the room high and low for it, we’ve found all the other pieces, she is acting normal and ate a full dinner and had a full glass of tea, what should we do
