Could My Toddler S Sudden Stammering Be Related To His Enlarged Tonsils And Snoring?

Hi honourable Sir/ Madam My son who is 3years & 6months started stammering all of a sudden and me and my wife we don t have a family history of someone who stammer. And when we checked in his mouth he has enlarged tonsils and he snores while he is asleep. Can you please assist me in getting him back to his normal state before it s too late he is struggling when he have to make a speech and it has never happened before. Thank you
