Could My Worsening IBS And Acid Reflux Symptoms Of Vomiting, Rubber Taste, Right-sided Pain, And Upper Abdominal Burning Indicate A More Serious Issue?

I have IBS and Acid Reflux for 17+years, prescribed mebeverine and Omeprazole, lately started random episodes of Vomiting and rubber taste in mouth, right side pain in shoulder blade, ribs, abdomen! And middle of upper abdomen just below centre of ribs burning pressure causing nausea, Cough and occasional vomiting.
