Could My Worsening Upper Left Back Pain And Lung Discomfort When Breathing Deeply Be Related To H. Pylori I Have Had For 7 Years?

Hi I am 19 years old firstly I will start but saying I am positive for h-pylori for about 7 years now but I started getting this terrible back pain I can’t stand for a long concertante all but since last year it’s been getting worse it’s at the upper side of my left breast but the pain feels like it’s coming from in-between my spine and my left back bone and when I breathe in deep dark not when I take in deep hard breaths I feel like a pain in my lungs
