Could My Worsening Weakness With Peripheral Neuropathy Be A Sign Of Stroke?

Hi am a 42 year old man, last year October I visited the hospital and per doctors assertion I have peripheral neuropathy. I have since been kept on pregabalin and bit B 12 tablets. The situation doesn’t seems to be getting better . At present am gradually losing strength in my left arm and leg. Please what could be happening? Am I showing positive signs of stroke? What can the worse of neuropathy be? What do you advise I do immediately? Waiting earnestly for your response
