Could Nausea And Vomiting Be Due To A Surgical Alteration In The Reproductive System?

well my friend says that his mom took out her g-spot or sumthing when he was 10 years old cause there were bleeding and etc and now his 15 and his mom for the past week has been feeling sick she vomited and was really not feeling good and today he rushed her to the doctor why is it happening to her could it be cause of removing something in her vagina? and it just took effect now??

The nausea and vomiting is not because of the surgery as it was done almost 5 years ago. Her symptoms might be because of a gastric ulcer. Thus, there nothing to panic.
