Could Nausea, Loss Of Appetite, And Right-sided Pain After Gallbladder Removal Be Related?

Hi! I recently had labs done. I had my gallbladder out mid Nov. this were follow up labs. I’m a RN and I try not to overthink my own health, but then I end up not taking care of myself. This week I have had issues feeling nauseous, decreased appetite, and intense R side back pain and RLQ pain, increases after meals. I had one evening that I had diarrhea 10+ times that night.
