Could Nausea, Vomiting After Meals And Stomach Discomfort Be More Than Stomach Flu?

Hey. My daughter who is 3 yrs and 10 months old, recently started being very uncomfortable during meals. She keeps on moving here and there and when asked what’s wrong, she complains of something going round and round in her belly or stomach. She goes to school and there she suddenly developed a sore throat and now she has begun throwing up after meals. I believe she gets nauseous after her meals. She was a perfectly healthy child but since a few days, her digestion seems to bother her. She threw up thrice since last night, mostly after milk and spicy food. Her doctor says it’s the stomach flu but I think we are missing something here. Can you help?
