Could Neck Strain Be Related To Cough?

hey , im 14 and have had a recent neck strain , i went to the doc, he said it will be better in a week , but he asked me if i had a cough , and i said no , but really i do have a cough i jus didnt say it at the time , its bekus i had the cough frm a fever i had the week before i didnt think it had nothin to do wiv it , but now im curious , any help here?

Because of the lower respiratory infection such neck muscle stiffness is very likely and this is nothing to worry if you are under the treatment for this, with the cure of infection the muscle stiffness comes around soon, hope this information helps.
