Could New Eyelid Puffiness And Dimmed Vision In One Eye Indicate Something Serious After A Forehead And Back-of-head Injury With Swelling?

I had a head injury on the front side of my head (forehead) and at the back (right) of my head on Monday night (night of October 29th/early morning of October 30th). There was some swelling, which has been reducing gradually. No nausea or vomiting, no loss of consciousness. A little tiredness due to recovery. This morning (Morning of November 1st), I noticed some swelling (puffiness) on my left eyelid and a little dimmed vision in the left eye. Is this symptomatic of anything serious, or is it just soft tissue trauma that is likely to get sorted on its own?
