Could Nose Bleeds Be Linked With Removing Adnoid?

MY daughter had her adnoid out May 31st and in the past week only started getting nose bleeds out of the blue. In the last week I think she has had 5 of them seems strange that all of a sudden they start after having these out. Should I be concerned??

Yes , please meet your ent doctor as son s you can as the bleeding may be an initial presentation of an infection and can lead to massive bleeding later on. please dont delay and meet your ent doctor soon.
meanwhile please ask her not to blow her nose and not to strain.
