Could Numbness In Heel And Pain In Ankle Indicate A Fracture?
Playing soccer, i was kicked in the ankle and have a hematoma approximately 1 inch and a second directly above that that is 2 1/2 inches... i have pain at these sights and intermittent numbness in my heel ans ball of my foot. I have full ROM but increased pain with motion and weight. Could there be a fracture

An X ray foot should be taken to rule out any fractures.Any nerve impingement or compression can cause numbness around the ankle.
Pain killers can be taken in the meantime.Ruling out fracture is essential.
