Could On And Off Insulation Inhalation For Half An Hour Get Into Lungs?

I had just worked in an attic with less than optimal protection. I took a shower and everything and immediately put my clothes in the washing machine. I believe I inhaled a little of the stuff up there. I was in the attic with the insulation off and on for no longer than a half hour. Should I be worried about any that got into my lungs?

did you see mold green stuff on the walls?
what's about any soot or any fumes. if not them don't worry
