Could On And Off Weight Gain Be Related To Missed Periods?

Hello, in the year 2014 I had lost around 30lbs which lead to my period stopping for the full year. I was exercising 6 days a week and eating very well. Then March 2015 I went on spring break and gained weight which lead to my period coming back. Since March I have been exercising and eating healthy just like I did before that made it work for weight loss but nothing is coming off. I haven t had my period for the last 2 months but still not losing any weight......is there any explanation for this?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of irregular period then it may not be due to exercise but it is due to hormone changes you have not mentioned your age it may be due to age too, it is better to see the gynecologist if the symptom persist hope this information helps.
