Could Ongoing Deep Breathing Issues, Pain Between Shoulder Blades, And Inner Burping Be Related To Severe GERD?

I have been having issues with being able to take deep breaths, and pain in between shoulder blades along with inner burping (feels like originates from throat) for over two years now. I had h-pylori over a year ago and they thought that was he issue but after it cleared up the symptoms did not go away. Then they did upper gi scope and stretched out my esophagus and found extreme gerd. Taken stomach meds daily but symptoms still present and not gone away. Did an ultrasound of my gallbladder and it was normal and a HIDA scan which said it was functioning at 70%. I did feel nauseous with hida scan meds. I’m just at a lost. Plus since this all started I have gained 30 pounds in last two years about 2-3 pounds a month
