Could Ongoing Stomach Pain And Rumbling After Eating, Worsened Since Food Poisoning Six Weeks Ago, Indicate An Underlying Issue?

I had food poisoning six weeks ago and since then I have had tummy pains after eating. I also get pains at other random times and suffer from almost constant tummy rumbling. Before the food poisoning I had been experiencing tummy aches after eating 2 or 3 times a week but the food poisoning seems to have made what was already going on in my tummy so much worse.
