Could Outbreak Of Sores On Perineum Be The Symptom Of Herpes?

hi, so i have a question about pain and possibly a sore down by my perineum, a year n a half ago i ended up in the hospital from my boyfriend he ended up giving me genital herpes and he never told me he had it, so i know i have it in my system now i havent had a breakout since that, but yesterday I noticed n kept having some pain down there everytime i would lift my leg or move it up i had sex with my husband not even 2 days ago so i thought i was hust sore down there cause its not hard for me to get sore. so today i looked and i noticed its kinda red and looks like a pimple it doesnt look like a blister and its not in the same place i had the first breakout it doesn t burn to pee it only hurts to whipe & its only a little sore i wear thongs but today im not gonna wear any underwear around the house, i still have the medicine from my doctor from my first break out , but i wanted to know if this possibly could be another breakout coming ....

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may not be due viral infection again if this is was the viral infection then it need to be confirmed so better to get done some test, else over all symptoms may be just nonspecific one and this is nothing to worry, try to low the stress, hope this information, take care and have a nice day.
