Could Ovarian Cyst Cause Pelvic Pain And Lower Abdomen Pain?


I went to see a doctor because I was having pain(right side) in my pelvic area, lower abdomen and down my thigh. He said it was my inguinal or femoral nerve, however I have resently been diagnosed with an ovarian cyst on my right ovary could the cyst be the source of my pain?

Hi,

Ovarian cyst can press or irritate on pelvic organs/nerve to cause pain. MRI of pelvis would clear the picture can be followed by needful treatment.
