Could Overexercising Cause Numbness In Shin With Stiff Lower Back?

Hello, for the last 3-4 days I ve been feeling numbess in my left shin, just below the knee and above the foot. I also noticed that the left side of my lower back is a bit stiff. I lead an active lifestyle; i teach belly dancing and walk a lot. Could it be the cause of over exercising and what can I do to get back to normal? Thank you.

Hi,

Yes, for sure. Heavy exercise can cause an inflammation at the back and lower limbs, you need to take a break from this heavy duties or at least slow that down.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
