Could Pain And Skin Tightening In The Back Of Leg Indicate Blood Clot?

I have had a pain in the back of my lower leg when I walk on it. The other day after standing and walking on it for about 30 minutes i felt tightening of my skin and noticed a little swelling. Could this be a blood clot? I have working at a job for a year in which I sit all day and I m concerned about this.

Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.....
What is ur age and sex? Any history of diabetes and hypertension? Any family history of it?
You need to he examined clinically for diagnosis. You should meet your doctor for proper management....
If I am your attending physician I will examine you for any warmth and tenderness in calf. I will get your Doppler ultrasound of lower limbs in order to be sure. After then I with be able to say anything.....
Meanwhile stay calm and don't stop your medications if u are taking some....
Hope your query is addressed
