Could Pain Around Collar Bone Be Related To Having The History Of Blockage In Rear Circumflex?

I am a 47 year old female, I have had a history of a heart attack 17 months ago. I had a 100 % blockage in the rear circumflex. I am having pain around my left collar bone. I did have a spell yesterday but my nitro resolved the chest pain. I have never had pain around the collar bone and it has been intermittent for the last 4 days. Could this have anything to do with my heart

Hi, welcome to healthcare magic, i have read the question and have understood your concern.
The pain around collar bone could be a cardiac pain especially if you are already having a history of proven blockage. Also the fact that pain gets releived with sorbitrate is again in favour of cardiac cause. Having said that you must also know that a short lasting, dull, mild pain like sensation which doesnt increase with exsertion is likely non cardiac. I would suggest you to share your angiography report for a second opinion. If is clear that angiography doesnt need major treatment then we might manage it with medicines.
