Could Pain Between Shoulder Blades And Upper Abdomen Indicate Pancreas Attack?

I am having pain back between my shoulder blades, and upper abdomen, I have had gall bladder surgery. I am a diabetic with no pitutary gland, fibromyalgia, acromegalia. I have a terrible headache also. Could you tell me if I could be having a pancreas attack? I am recovering from a surgery of eight hernias last year. I have anemia also.

Hello and thank you for your question.
It is possible that this pain is coming from your pancreas. If you have pancreatitis, then you would also have a lot of vomiting and nausea along with the pain. Pain in that area can be referred pain from the heart as well so make sure you check with your doctor as soon as possible. It could be just muscle pain but best to check with your doctor and make sure it is nothing serious.
