Could Pain In Back Around The Lung Area Indicate Muscle Injury?
I have pain in my back around the lung area. I have taken prescription pain melds and I just sleep doesn t take care of the pain. Pain is constant. Any suggestions what this could be. Does muscle injury cause this much pain. Can t sit or lie down with any comfort.

Muscle pull or spasm can cause pain in back muscles if you have any history of trauma or injury.
In my opinion you should take acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain relief
Hot fomentation or hot packs to affected area will definitely help you
