Could Pain In Back Radiating To The Hand Be Due To Abscess?

i have a psoas abscess that has started to scar. i have been getting back pain in my back down the right hand side the last few days and keep getting sweats and light headed and feeling sick turns. I have had 3 of those today already could it be the abscess although its started to scar up I have had a drain in it 3 times in the past year
