General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pneumonia would be associated with persistent fever and malaise (feeling of general unwellness )

If the pain is relieved by the use of gas x then it is not likely related to your infection but may be due to reflux or gas.
Dietary changes to reduce gas producing foods and foods that aggravate reflux may help.

The change in color of your urine may be due to any medications that you may be using.

There are over the counter medications that may help with your cough/cold.

I hope this helps
