Could Pain In Gums, Migraine And Sore Throat Be Symptoms Of Sinus Infection Or Bad Tooth?

i have pain in ym gums on right side upper and sometimes lower. its also accompanied by a migraine on the roght side temple as well as inner ache and now sore throat is it sinus infection or bad tooth. my tooth doesnt hurt just the gum around it its a throbbing acheing pain sometimes sharp

Hi. Primarily this looks to be a tooth or gum problem ( gingivitis) The pains can have a refereed character, meaning the pain can be perceived at an area away from the real disease. I would suggest you to go for X-ray or CT scan preferably for sinuses and teeth. and a consultation with an ENT and Dentist.
