Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Saddiq ul Abidin. I have read you question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

See you are taking different types of medications for cholesterel, high blood pressure and other issues. Joint pain may be the side effects of any of these drugs. You haven't mentioned the type of drug you're taking for high blood pressure but many antihypertensive drugs usually prescribed can cause sore joints. For example thiazide diuretics commonly given for high blood pressure can cause gout that is severe pain and tenderness of the joints. Similarly,ACE inhibitors another class of antihypertensive can cause joint pains.
As long as you are complaining about weakness that may be associated with the anti cholesterol drugs. Stations is the class of these drugs which can cause myalgias and body aches leading to weakness and lethargy. So kindly consult your attending physician for the optimisation of the treatment. Plus do continue your mutivitamins supplements these will help you stay strong and young !
