Could Pain In Left Shoulder Be The Symptom Of Heart Attack?

I had shoulder pain on the left, was feeling anxious, and my blood pressure was 138/90 with a pulse of 70. I am a 50 yr old woman....i took a bath for 45 minutes and my blood pressure dropped to 106/75 with a pulse of 82. But i still feel anxious....heart attacks run in my family...should i be worried

A blood pressure of 138/90 is not likely to cause any acute complications because it is only just in the high blood pressure zone (the 90 reading).

The systolic reading (138) is a prehypertensive reading (leading to high blood pressure) but it is not hypertensive.

If you have chest pain,shortness of breath, palpitations then you should consider seeing your doctor but in the absence of these symptoms, you should be ok.
