Could Pain In Left Side Of Back, Testicles And Butt, Tingling Toes Be Sciatica?

Hi, I think I may have had sciatica for over a year and a half. I get a pain on the left side of my lower back and butt and also my toes tend to tingle quite a bit. I was told by an old doctor to exercise it out, which I have been doing but it comes and goes.

For the last 4 months I have also been having a pain in my left testicles. Usually after I have had a lot of sex.

Are the two related?
