Could Pain In Lower Abdomen Be Due To Yeast Infection?

I have severe pain in my lower region. Went to er yesterday and they said it may be a combination of a yeast infection and bladder infection and was sent home with antibotics. But im still vomiting and in more pain now. Should I go back to er or give the antibotics time to work

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Vaginal yeast infection does not normal cause abdominal pain and is also not a cause of vomiting.

Urinary tract infections can be associated with pain and vomiting so it is possible that this is contributing to your symptoms.

If the pain is severe then it would be best to see a doctor for a review as soo as you can.

If it is mild then you can consider waiting another 12 to 24 hours to see if there is any improvement with the medication.

I hope this helps
