Could Pain In Oesophagus Be Related To Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I recently got extremely intoxicated and may have done something foolish I m not sure. However I had a pain in my asophogus. About a week later and it lasted a few days. Could this be a lymph node reaction it was not below my jaw line but further Down in my asophogus. I m terrified of HIV and curios

Welcome to hcm,
Pain in oesophagus following intoxication may be because of gastritis or any small oesophagal tear if you have had any vomiting during intoxicated state. Its not related to swollen lymphnodes or Hiv.If you want to confirm get elisa test to rule out Hiv.
