Could Pain In Right Side Buttock Area Elevated While Standing Indicate Small Granular Stone?

have right side buttock area pain.....had ct scan....showed no stone... but was thought I may have small granular type stone(s).....pain started 5am thia past saturday....went to hospital in ambulance.....still have pain when standing, releif when sitting... can this be small granular stone

Don't think it's renal stone disease as the site and nature of pain u have described, CT scan also normal... There must be other cause... Show it to a general physician for cause of pain..
