Could Pain In Shoulder Blade/elbow/chest Be Due To Heart Issue?

Pain through left shoulder blade down towards elbow, occasional chest pain or tingling in pinky finger. I am 22 years old and have had open heart surgery but just went to an appointment four months ago where my EKG and Eco came back as everything being perfectly fine. Could my pain be a heart issue?

HI,welcome to HCM.
In view of open heart surgery, any pain radiating to upperlimb ex shoulder or elbow should be carefully evaluated to rule out corronary ischemia. This can be done through a screening 2 dimensional echocardiography and a baseline EKG.Any abnormality can be further assessed through a 2 dimensional echocardiography.Further investigation can take place through coronary angiography if required.Consult your doctor for further queries.
Thank you
