Could Pain In Urethra While Sitting And Lower Abdominal Pain Be Symptoms Of Anxiety?

Two weeks ago I had unprotected sex, for the first time, after a party with a girl from my university. I didn't know her until that same night. I am worried that I have been exposed to some kind of STI/STD. I later asked her if she was clean and she told me she was. I went to the university health center to get tested a week after exposure, where the doctor did the chlamydia and ghonorrea test. The doctor prescribed doxycycline for 10 days the same day. Two days later both results came in negative but the doctor told me to keep taking the prescription just in case there was another type of infection. I began having symptoms after I began researching about the different types of STDs and their symptomsIm only having an itching sensation, a very mild pain in the urethra when sitting, and lower abdominal pain. Could this symptoms be related to my anxiety?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern unless you are very much sure that you have exposed to positive STD patient, no need to take any medicine even if it is positive for sure still then you need to confirmed the transmission of disease to you and this is not happening immediately but this takes some time, in my opinion better to get done the blood test periodically, take care and have a nice day.
