Could Pain, Redness And Warmth To Touch On Knee Be A Matter Of Concern?

Hi, yesterday my 8yr old daughter fell over and bashed her knees very hard since then she has been in alot of pain with her right knee but is still able to just about walk on it and there is NO swelling! although it is red and feels hot to touch, should i take her to A&E?
