Could Palpitations Of The Heart Be Due To Insertion Of Metal Stent In Artery?
Hello! Welcome on HCM! Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a cardiac arrhythmia. For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some tests: - an exercise cardiac stress test - a cardiac ultrasound - complete blood count - blood electrolytes - thyroid hormone levels - an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring to examine your heart rhythm trends and exclude arrhythmia. You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues. Kind regards, Dr. Iliri
