Could Pcod Effect Pregnancy?

Hi doc... i am 21 years unmarried girl.... i didnt get my periods regularly so consult with my doctor after some scans and blood tests doctor informed me i have polycystic overy... i am now taking FEMILON and OBIMET- METFORMIN tablets.... am having this problem for 2 years... but whenever i stop these tablets my periods are again irregular... and nowadays i getting little breast pain before and pain in lower stomach too.... my doubt is am i eligible to get pregnent after getting married... will i face any problem regarding pregnency... waiting for ur reply... thanks in advance
