Could Pelvic Cramps And Back Pain Indicate Early Pregnancy, And When Should I Take A Home Pregnancy Test After Stopping Duphaston?

Hi, I m trying to conceive since 6 months. So doctor gave me letrozole 2.5 mg for 5 days from period day2-5 and duphaston from day 19-28 last month .My total cycle day is 34(my last period was on 4/06/24 so expecting period 07/07/24). 4 days have been passed after stopping duphaston. I am suffering from slight pelvic cramp and sometimes have little bit back ache. So are they indicate early pregnancy?? When should I take home pregnancy test?
