Could Persistent Migraine Be Due To The Problem In Neck?

i also have high bp, but my cocern is my migraine I have had this one for 29 days non stop and not a second without it and I don t know if its caused from my neck or something else I have had cts and an mri all it showed was a neck problem. my nueologist is talking surgery on my neck due to no releaf from injections or therapy. I also have fibromyalgia. any thoughts on this matter

I really appreciate your concern, what the conditions you are having could be due to functional elements and these could be anxiety and depression, try to come out of this and better way to fight these are, exercise, yoga, meditation, enough sleep, relaxation therapy, no need to go for surgery right now, hope this information helps, take care.
