Could Persistent Nasal Drainage After The Tonsillitis Be Normal?

My 8 year old daughter had tubes put in her ears and both her tonsils and adenoids removed six days ago. My concern is that she has had so much nasal drainage that she can s sleep and is snoring worse than before her surgery. It s a never ending battle with snot. Is this normal after surgery?
