General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, such pain can be due to heart burn but as you have heart failure already, you should not take such pain easy and should get EKG done. I would recommend you yo get EKG and if its normal then heart failure is ruled out then we can start you on gaviscon and sucralfate syrup. Plus, avoid oily and spicy foods.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
