Could Persistent Swelling And New Knee Pain Be Related To A Pit Bull Bite I Sustained Above The Knee A Few Years Back?

I was bitten by a pit bull on the lower thigh, just above my left knee in November 2020. The dog was vaccinated. I got a tetanus shot and took antibiotics. The punctures still have swelling underneath and the muscle is tight. I’ve recently started having joint pain in the knee. Could this be related?
